Tarkesh has got over 22 years of experience in various facets of Human Resources, Administration, Sales Force Effectiveness and Business Process Excellence. Currently, Tarkesh is working with Fresenius Kabi India and is responsible for end to end HR delivery, reporting to Managing Director. Prior to joining, Fresenius Kabi, Tarkesh has worked with Max Bupa Health Insurance Co. Ltd, Rockwell Automation India (a US $5.6 billion MNC) and Dabur Pharma.
